Return Policy

Le Parfait America strives to make every purchase go as smoothly as possible. If for any reason you experience a problem with the return process, one of our representatives will be happy to assist you with any questions or concerns. Damage - Any products damaged that were damaged while shipping qualify for either a replacement (at no additional charge) or a refund for the quantity that was damaged. In order to verify the damage, consumers are requested to email pictures of the damaged shipping carton and damaged product to us at info@leparfait.us. Once verified, refund or replacement will be processed within 3-5 days.

Defect - Any concerns of the product raised by consumers will be reviewed by our quality team for a) structural/function and b) visual/blemish. Structural defects caused by manufacturing errors will be considered for full refund or replacement. Minor visual blemishes from the industrial manufacturing process will not qualify for refund or replacement. Major visual imperfections may qualify for replacement upon further review by the quality assurance team. Consumers are requested to email pictures of the defects at info@leparfait.us. Once verified, a refund or replacement will be processed, depending on the consumers preference.

Buyers Remorse - Any unopened, unused products can be returned within original packaging at consumers expense. Return labels will not be provided and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed once the product is received in good condition. The original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Used - All requests for refund/return due to damage, defects, or buyer remorse must be communicated within 30 days from purchase. Any used product will not qualify for return or replacement.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
